If you’re just moving in, welcome! Whether you own your unit or are renting, please contact our property manager, Community Focus and let them know which unit you are living in, your email address and cell phone numbers. Everyone’s safety will be enhanced by this step.

Community Focus manages both the 4100 neighborhood and the Five Oaks Recreation Association (FORA). All owners are mandated members of FORA. If you are a tenant and do not know the status of your access to FORA’s swimming pool and other amenities, please check with Community Focus.
Community Focus will help you get set up with…
- Drafting your monthly dues for the 4100 Home Owners Association
- Drafting your monthly dues for the Five Oaks Recreation Association (pool, gym, etc)
- Member cards to access the pool and gym (included with FORA membership)
Once you are set up with our interactive web portal, you can easily make your payments and request repairs that the HOA is responsible for. See the Responsibilities page for information about repairs.

- Dues are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 15th
- Each unit is allocated two parking spaces, as assigned here
