For non-emergecy repairs, submit a request on the portal and presented at a monthly meeting for board vote and approval.
Emergency Repairs
For emergency repairs only, call (919) 337-3150. Emergency repairs include but are not limited to, roof leaks, water main breaks, deck railing breaks and any other hazard that might cause immediate property, physical, or personal damage
Meetings
The 4100 Board of Directors meets the third Monday at 7pm in the FORA clubhouse board room. Please email a board member to notify us that you’re coming and add your topic to the agenda.
